Reference Corner
Over the past few years, I have come across several different widgets, that serve as great reference guides. These include calculators, unit converters, wind chill charts, dictionaries and thesauruses (or is that thesaurusi). In other words, Homework HelpIt's sometimes hard to find a dictionary now that everybody seems to have a computer, but finding the online dictionary isn't always easy either. So when ever my kids need to find the definitions for their word lists, they ask if they can come to my web site. Yeah, like I am gonna say no.
So I am going to put them all here for you and also any outside links I find. Hopefully this will give you a jumping off point.
Math.com has a page with every type of calculator you can think of. Trig, basic, scientific, even a square root calculator. So check out All Sorts of Calculators
