Weird Science
This category just sort of came to me. I used to hate Science class. Back in the dark ages when I went to grade school, science wasn't a required subject. Some of the kids had health, but I was one of the lucky ones who got to take German. Go figure. So when we had Science in High School, I was lost. It wasn't until college chemistry class that it became fun. The professor was really into ecology and clean water. He called bacteria --critters, and told us that as long as we could pronounce and spelled Escherichia coli, we would pass. That particular critter, more commonly known as e. coli, causes a bunch of nasties if it gets in the water supply or in your food.So here you will find some interesting science anomalies and other fun ways science is used to explain things. My favorite and something most of you have probably heard of is the Diet Coke/ Menthos experiment. I know it's not new, but I love watching it
This next link is really weird. http://www.lebonze.com/stuff/move.htm I found it looking for more math things, so if you see it again and have this strange sense of deja-vu, that's why.
